This is a file coming from Google Drive.  What are the steps during upload?

- click select file

- opens overlay. 

- I click Google and opens another overlay.  After authenticating, I can select the file.  once I close that

This is a file coming from my computer.  What are the steps during upload?

- click select file

- opens overlay. 

- I can browse or paste in a file url.

- when selecting from my computer - it opens file picker, i select, save.  This returns me to the overlay with the name of my file in the uploaded file field.
