A Users
1 Changedname of field: user custom id to User Code
· This field can be used to relate a user(student) to another database such as a Student Information System
· This code is visible on the user click menu
B Groups
1 ModifyGroup Code (custom ID) Way to relate groups to another database such as aStudent Information System
· The Group Code will appear on the Group list
· The group code field is added to Add new group and Edit Group>General Tab
· Includes a tooltip explaining the custom field
· This field can be imported with groups
2 AssignGroup Owner
· To reduce clutter and define additionalhierarchies (future enhancements), it will be possible to designate a User as Group Owner. This designation will allow Groups to be owned by aUser.
· When sharing folders, the user can filter by My Groups.
· This field can be imported withgroups
3 Importgroups
· The GroupImport tool allows users to import a list of Groups and assign the groupsto a Group Category
· Optional fields to import: Group Code and Group Owner
4 Massassign users to groups
· Massassign user with group tool allows you to automatically assign users (students) to a specific group by using the custom fields - User Code and Group Code
C Emulateuser
1 Newpermission in the profile
2 Signin to emulation and become another user using a temporary cookie based on thatuser’s profile
3 Signout from emulation deletes temp cookie and returns emulator to their profile
4 Signin, sign out and database changes all listed in the Audit Log (AMS only)

· Folder Owners can right click on folders toaccess same options that are found in the Folder Click Menu

· Only files that are marked as Favorites willshow
· Files ordered by file title
b Fileswith Comments
· Only files that have comments will be listed
· Files will be ordered by latest comment date

· Only files that are greater than or equal to 100KB will be listed

4 Sharing
a MyGroups tab for Sharing on Add Group
· During, Group assignments for Shared Folders thefolder owner (who is also a Group Owner) can filter by My Groups
b Clickwindow for users in Sharing>Add Groups
· Folder owner will be able to mouse over thegroup icon and open a hover window which will list all users that belong tothat particular group
c SharingFolders: Inheriting parent sharing permission
· When a folder owner shares a parent folder allchildren (nested folders) inherit the permissions of the parent folder
B SharedWith Me
1 SharedTab: Display folders in Hierarchy
· When a folder owner shares a large number offolders or ones with numerous nested folders, the Shared With Me Tab willdisplay these folders in a hierarchy that matches the folder owner’s structure
2 Searchfolders (My Files in Shared Folders)
· Only files that the user has uploaded tofolders, shared with him by other Folder Owners, will be included (their nameappears in the file owner column of grid)
· Files will be grouped by Folder owner (default) andordered by File Title
